Rohit Karnik is Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he leads the Microfluidics and Nanofluidics Research Group. His research focuses on the physics of micro- and nanofluidic flows and the design of micro- and nanofluidic systems for applications in water, healthcare, energy, and environment.
Krithika Ramchander is a graduate from Professor Rohit Karnik’s group interested in developing products and solutions for healthcare applications.
MIT D-Lab
Megha Hegde is a research associate at MIT D-Lab. She is principally focused on creating and implementing research plans for conducting user research studies in developing countries
Kendra Leith is the Associate Director of Research at MIT D-Lab. She oversees and coordinates the D-Lab research team and implements research on participatory design and conducts user and market research studies.
Amy Smith is the Founding Director of MIT D-Lab and a senior lecturer in Mechanical Engineering MIT. She is also the founder of the International Development Design Summit, co-founder of the MIT IDEAS Global Challenge, and originator of the Creative Capacity Building Methodology.
